You may have recently been convicted of a crime and you may feel the conviction was unsafe or you have a received a sentence which you believe was extremely harsh.
We are happy to request your papers from your previous solicitors and review your case on your behalf. It may be the case that new evidence has come to light or the court may have wrongly adjudicated a decision (magistrates court).
The law may have been applied incorrectly. This can give rise to an application to either the Crown Court or Court of Appeal. You may be entitled to legal aid. If you are not, we will advise as to rates of funding.
